At N&A COLLECTION, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

- Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days.

- Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

- Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

- If applicable, any special shipping or confirmation charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

- For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Please make sure your name, phone number, city and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed because of weather, courier issues, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt fails, our team may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
