Returns

Because perfumes are personal-use and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with.

A return may be considered if:

- You received the wrong product.

- The product arrived damaged or leaked.

- The package was damaged during delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Exchange

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we may arrange an exchange after reviewing the issue.

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.

Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, leaked, or incorrect orders, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of the return.
